Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Mendiratta Arts Pvt Ltd (Brand FY), our commitment is to ensure the safe delivery of our products to you. We take great care in packaging every item to protect it during transit. Our objective is to provide a hassle-free and prompt delivery experience, meeting or exceeding the specified delivery timeframes.

Upon placing your order and receiving the order confirmation, please allow for an approximate processing time of 10-12 working days.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Following this, delivery will typically take 2-3 working days to reach Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, and Kolkata, and 3-5 working days to other cities in India.

While we strive to adhere to the delivery deadlines stated on our website, please note that the exact delivery period cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or unforeseen disruptions to carrier routes, including those related to Covid-19.

The buyer is responsible for any applicable GST.

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is capable of receiving packages.

Tracking Details: Once your items are handed over to the courier company, you will receive an email notification regarding the shipment of your order. This email will include the tracking number and a link to the courier company's website, where you can find details about the expected delivery date.

Requests for Address Changes: Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. However, requests for address changes can be accommodated within 24 hours of placing the order. We recommend calling our customer care and sending an email to info@namoglobal.com for confirmation of the change.

 

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses: Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address. Some courier companies may impose penalties for incorrect shipping addresses, such as mismatched addresses and zip/postal codes. Any such penalties or fees will be the responsibility of the customer. If a re-shipment is required due to address issues, customers will be responsible for the re-shipping charges.

Disputes During Delivery: For domestic buyers, the courier company is responsible for obtaining a Proof of Delivery (POD) signature from the customer or the recipient at the designated delivery address. In the event of any delivery-related disputes, the signed POD will be presented for clarification and verification.
